Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Celeritas website and application (the "Service") provided by DDZ SIA ("Celeritas", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@getceleritas.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• You are responsible for obtaining any consents required to record a meeting or conversation in your jurisdiction. Recording-consent laws vary, and complying with them is your responsibility.

4. Your content and data

Celeritas processes your meeting audio and transcripts locally on your device. You retain all rights to your content. When you choose to push a task to a third-party tool (such as Jira, Linear, or GitHub), you authorise us to transmit that specific data to that service using your credentials.

5. Service availability and changes

The Service is under active development. Features described as upcoming or "coming soon" are not guaranteed and may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

6. Plans and payment

Paid plans, where offered, are billed as described at the point of purchase. Any free trial terms will be stated at sign-up. We will give reasonable notice of pricing changes.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that transcription or task extraction will be accurate.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDZ SIA will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Courts located in Latvia have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.
